JEANRICHARD presents the Chronoscope MV Agusta Brutale America - a limited edition of 290 pieces - and pays tribute to its collaboration with the MV Agusta motorbike team in the attempt to break Bonneville Salt Flats speed trial record.

The partnership initiated in 2007 between JEANRICHARD and the legendary motorbike manufacturer MV Agusta has been highlighted by memorable events, such as the collaboration of the two brands in the attempt by Team MV Agusta to break the US Bonneville Salt Flats speed record. The result of this powerful, close collaboration has been the development of the Chronoscope MV Agusta Brutale America.

Inspired by the emblematic characteristics of the Brutale motorbike, the Chronoscope MV Agusta Brutale America embodies some of the most complex production processes with the finest attention to detail. The steel case for this 290-piece limited edition is covered entirely in vulcanised rubber, the bezel, pushers and case-back are in black PVD-coated titanium and the crown is in titanium. The pushers have been designed to fit the shape of the case, making the watch extremely comfortable to wear in any situation.

The stamped dial mimics the design of a motorcycle wheel rim and is composed of a single element, with a raised chronograph as markers to accentuate the visual idea of depth recalling the sporting aesthetics of the bike’s dashboard. The design of the opaline powdered effect stamped dial conjures up the Bonneville Salt Flats near Salt Lake City used for the trials.

Traditionally featured with a hand, the small seconds have been replaced by a rotating disc with Arabic numerals, thereby contributing to the forceful character of the watch. The tachymeter, used to measure speed, completes its bold design.

The watch is equipped with JEANRICHARD’S JR1000 in-house movement. This can be admired through the tinted sapphire case-back which features the MV Agusta logo. The calfskin watchstrap with its black PVD-coated satin-finished steel folding buckle has white stitching to match the dial.
