Montblanc, the celebrated manufacturer of fine writing instruments and luxury watches, has completed the inaugural of a grand flagship boutique on Rodeo Drive.  The largest store yet opened by Montblanc in Beverly Hills, it will offer clients not just a broad range of classic Montblanc collections, but a number of exclusive products limited in availability to this particular venue.

"Montblanc is a world-class brand and we are very excited to open our new flagship location on Rodeo Drive," said Jan-Patrick Schmitz, President & CEO of Montblanc North America at the ribbon cutting ceremony. "We are very proud to have an even greater retail presence in Beverly Hills."

Among the exceptional Montblanc products which will be regularly featured include spectacular diamond-set timepieces for both men and women, special edition writing instruments, and women's handbags.  Ladies can peruse the Montblanc 4810 fine jewelry collection, which among other delights, includes a number of superlative sapphire varieties and colored diamonds.  A highlight certain to be particularly appreciated by the most passionate watch collectors is the planned presence of models from the extremely exclusive Montblanc Collection Villeret 1858.  These artisanal watches reflect the highest echelon of haute horlogerie, and are individually hand-crafted in Montblanc's Institut Minerva de Recherche en Haute Horlogerie in Villeret, Switzerland.

A new writing Diva collection writing instrument inspired by actress Ingrid Bergman of "Casablanca" fame will experience its world premiere at the boutique.  This elegant object will take its place alongside previously introduced special edition writing instruments dedicated to silver screen legends Greta Garbo and Marlene Dietrich.

Those visitors stopping by the Montblanc Rodeo Drive boutique through the end of September will enjoy another treat: the chance to experience the most exceptional creations of the Montblanc Haute Joaillerie Collection.  These pieces, which include such masterpieces as Eclat, En Vague Pave, and Lumiere, have lent glamor to the world's leading stars at a variety of international red carpet events.  Each piece is distinguished by the proprietary Montblanc diamond, a spectacular cut which duplicates the brand's star-shaped symbol.
